Spanish Details

If you do not have a Spanish Address please add the Town/Region you plan to move to. Please note: An address is required for the application and you will need to prove your Spanish address once you move to Spain in order to obtain your padrón and TIE card

Police Clearance

For your appointment at the BLS Visa Centre you will also be required to submit a police clearance certificate from countries of residence for the last 5 years, For British residents this is referred to as the ACRO criminal record certificate. We will arrange this for you, please answer the following questions.

Have you ever lived in Scotland?
Have you ever lived in Northern Ireland?
Are you the subject of any impending prosecutions?
Are you under investigation for a criminal offence?
Are you service, ex-service, dependant or ex-dependant, partner or ex-partner of a serving or ex-serving member of the UK armed forces?
Are you a civilian that has been subject to UK armed forces acts?

Healthcare

Do you suffer from any of the diseases that may have serious public health repercussions in accordance with what is stipulated by the International Health Regulations of 2005.

This date is only used as a guide for us to work to and we cannot guarantee when your visa will be resolved

What we need:

  • A copy of your passport, photo page in colour (please attach in passport section)

  • Passport-style photograph (a photograph taken against a white background on a mobile device can be used for your ACRO) You will need a physical print for your appointment, if you need any assistance with photograph requirements, please contact us.

  • Proof of address: UK address (utility bill, bank statement) we will let you know when you need this.

  • A copy of your current marriage certificate

  • A copy of birth certificate (only required for applicants under 18.

Please take a photograph of yourself holding your passport next to your face, we must be able to clearly see your face and passport details
