Visa appointments in the UK now take place at one of the three BLS centres - London, Manchester or Birmingham.

You are not able to choose which centre you attend and will have to go to the one in your jurisdiction. You can check which centre you'll need to attend on the BLS International Spain website.

Digital Nomad Visa

The DNV was introduced in January 2023 as part of the Start Up Act, encouraging entrepreneurship and investment, it is quickly becoming a very popular option to move to Spain.

The Digital Nomad visa allows foreigners to work remotely from Spain. As with other visa types you can take your dependents along on the same application.

Requirements

Complete Application Forms
Tax Forms
Passport
You are a non-EU/EEA Citizen
Your company allows you to work remotely / You are self employed with clients worldwide or receive income from different sources from online activities outside Spain (if applicable).
You have been working remotely for at least one year
Police Clearance Certificate
Health Insurance / S1
At least three years experience in current business activity
Proof of Financial Means
A1 Certificate from HMRC
